Society with general interest in railways, includes small scale section(models) and a live steam section which operates the Jocks lane Miniature Railway in Jocks Lane Park, Bracknell. Tuesday is modelling night, Friday is social night with speakers during winter months (Oct-Mar)

We usually meet on the second Sunday in each month from 10:00 to 18:00 at Hurley Village Hall, High Street, Hurley, Maidenhead, Berkshire SL6 5LT. We have a four oval finescale test track which we set up at each meeting. We are a friendly bunch with diverse railway and modelling interests. We also organise the annual O Gauge Show at Binfield (formerly Langley), next date is 30th October 2016.

We are a club of over 20 members who regularly meet at grazely village hall on a Tuesday night at 1900 HRS. Our modelling skills vary from electronics, scenery, track laying and buildings. Oh I forgot tea making. We model in OO & HO gauges. We have been a club since 1969 and we exhibit our layouts far and wide.

The Newbury model railway club has been in continuous existence for over thirty years and meets regularly every Friday evening at the Wash Common Community Centre on Glendale Avenue between 7:30pm and 9:30pm.
We currently have three layouts that we exhibit and we are currently building a new OO gauge test track which will become a new exhibition standard layout over the next three years. Other gauges modelled as well as the two OO gauge layouts are 7mm narrow gauge, HO gauge, N gauge and O

If you live in the Thames Valley within travelling distance of Reading, why not visit the friendly local club in your area. In our programme we cover a wide range of transport subjects that take in land, sea and air travel, but the majority of shows are on railways to cater for the interest of most members. Our meetings are on Wednesday evenings, from September to May. Meetings are held at Church House, Church Street, Caversham, next to Waitrose.We open at 7.30 and start the show at 7.45.
