Friendly local club in Northolt, with excellent facilities catering for 00 and N and 0 gauges plus 3.1/2 and 5" Live steam. There is large "O" Gauge layout in the top attic of the community centre which has monthly track running nights using original bell indication boxes. An "OO" Layout in the lower attic and an "N" Gauge portable layout under construction. The live steam section utlises the machinery in the Centre's cellars to make their locos and run them on the elevated tracks in the garden

The club meets monthly to operate an extensive 'OO' gauge model railway layout based on prototypical British Railways practice during 1948 to 1964. The layout is in 6 garden sheds connected at operating sessions, and is run to a timetable with train movements signalled using bell codes. There are nine stations of which seven have goods yards, so to operate the entire system a minimum of 11 operators are required.

We are a very active club and attract members from Greater London Surrey, N.Hampshire and Herts totaling approximately 65 members. We are a small friendy club, with interests in various scales and gauges. Join us on Friday afternoons at the White House Community Centre in Hampton, Middlesex. We usually meet for lunch and a chatter at 1-00pm in the cafe (in the centre!), and then go up to the clubroom until 5-00pm. Normally no skills are required, but if you have carpentry, electrical or railway operation knowledge, they will always be useful. Each year we hold our Railshow to show off our layouts, plus visiting exhibits.
