We are raising money for Sandys Legacy Retriever Rescue (follow on facebook)and other local community projects. In 2018 506 visitors attended the show, and not only do we target the model rail enthusiast we also encourage the local community to get involved and again in 2018, over 1 OO children attended the event.     From our efforts over the 2 years, the local secondary school are now planning to build a garden railway on the school premises. They have realised that not only will pupils be involved in planning, design, research, construction, electronics etc it will also make learning the basics more interesting.
