I had the opportunity to visit Harburn Hobbies during holidays in Scottland (I am French) The shop is nice with a lot of display cabinets showing a lot of models. But what is more important is the contact with the people, I had a question about a gaugemaster device and the answer was detailled and they took quite a lot of time to explain all the details.
So I rated 10 because it is not so usual to find this level of service and people loving to do that.
That was a very good experience with mail contacts following.
Note for Canadians and French readers: the Lady speacks very well french.
