I have visited Edward at Aspire on several occasions and always find him to be friendly and helpful.
As I'm a novice modeller his advice has been invaluable to me and I have always found him extremely willing to share his knowledge of the hobby.

What a find .It is worth the drive in to the country for the shop.
Not the easiest to find but a quick phone call gave me the rest of the directions necessary.
Fantastic range of Wills kits and very helpful when discussing DCC and the best why to use it.
Not the largest shop ,a lot of stock is packed in plastic crates for takening to shows etc,but he can find the items very quickly.
Will be back next time down that way

I placed an order at this shop and virtually straight away received a polite message thanking me for the order and stating it would be processed as soon as possible, but that I should allow 7/8 working days for delivery. After a week I had heard nothing, so sent an email to chase the order. I waited about 3 more days and got no reply so I telephoned. I wasn't very impressed by the telephone manner of the person who answered, and then it turned out that my whole order was out of stock. These items, by the way, are still 'available' on their website. I think they should have told me much sooner that the order wasn't going to be fulfilled, rather than just ignoring it, so I could have got on with looking elsewhere, sooner.

Managed to find this shop (Which has moved from it’s old location across the way, and is I suspect where the July 2011 reviewer visited) - eventually! Not easy and only possible with the help of a mechanic from the garage in an adjoining building (Which you can see from the road). Having been in business myself I understand the rules associated with business signage can be a nightmare and that is all that is going on here. I used my sat nav and ended up within 50 yards of the place without realising it. It is well worth the effort though, the guy who owns it (Whose name escapes me at present) is really knowledgeable and helpful. If you can’t see what you want jusyt ask, T is bound to be in a box somewhere close by. The retail area is quite small but I am sure he could get virtually anything in you need.
If you are travelling a long distance it may be worth checking ahead to confirm opening times.
