Recently ordered a bachmann coach Online. Item arrived two days later, well packed and with a nice hand writted "Thank you for your order" on a compliments slip. Recieved several e.Mail notifications of the progress of the item too. Will have to pay a visit one day as the video of the shop viewable from their website looks interesting.

I have used lord & butler for around the last 8 years and have always had excellent service, the shop has grown extensively over the last few years and the amount of items stocked is brilliant. if your a model railway enthusiast your in for a treat, I am pretty sure if they don’t have it you don’t need it.

I'm not a railway modeller but often visit for landscaping and scenic materials or which there is a consaiderablew stock, as well as general modelling consumables. Staff are always pleasant, friendly and willing to help offer advice. I'm more than happy to spend my money in a local store rather than give it to the bigger players whose staff have neither the knoweldge of or interest in what they are selling.
