An active society with over 25 members meets Wednesday evening and Thursday afternoon in our own clubroom. Our layouts include Havil 00 our permanently erected layout includes a lengthy tram run. Middleton 00 LNER layout appeared in railway modeller May 2006. Binns Road 00 a Dublo 3 rail layout. Mosquito Falls On30 Canadian logging layout using DCC. Shabbey Road an underground Ernie children's layout. Frys Halt OO SR and preserved railway. Moth Eaton O light railway under construction.

Hoddesdon Model and Railway Club

Meeting Day: Wednesday evening, Tue, Fri and Sunday mornings.   Meeting Times: 9am to 1pm Tue, Fri and Sun. 7pm to 10pm Wed.
Club interests include model railways of various gauges including 'N' and '00' gauges, with '0' gauge and 'G' scale in the garden, plus 2.5" and 5" track. The club has a model boat section, with a demonstration pool. We have a radio controlled model road vehicle section and also a large Scalextric layout. The club is open to visitors on Sunday mornings, with a show in May, & our Annual Exhibition at the end of August. The club arranges coach trips to model railway exhibitions and steam railways.

The Society was formed 50 years ago. It covers all aspect of railway, although mainly British. It meets every two weeks, except for the main summer months when it meets monthly. We have many well known speakers on railways, which include film shows.

Letchworth Model Railway Society

Meets Monday and Wednesday 7:30 onwards. The society currently has a large 00 gauge layout based on the GWR near Oxford, a small 0 gauge industrial layout, and is building two new layouts in N gauge and 00 gauge. Outside is a good size G gauge that the public set running by coin as we are based on Standalone Farm, Letchworth which is part of Letchworth Heritage Foundation's educational places to visit. We have a successful annual exhibition at Etonbury School Stotfold each year.

Tring and District Model Railway Club

Our club was established in 1978, and we have just celebrated our 35th anniversary. We meet every Tuesday in our permanent clubroom in Tring. We have around 20 members.
We have two exhibition layouts, one in N gauge(Rugby Central) and one in OO F.S. (Bradfield G.S.). We are starting to construct a modular branch-line station and yard and plan to link this with a modular loco depot based on Templecombe.

Watford and District Model Railway Club

The club was founded on the 19th of April 1991, by the late Martin Brent, and it was in, the same year that he conceived and organised the clubs first "Finescale Extravaganza" in 1991. Unfortunately we are no longer able to run this very popular show but have an attitude of 'never say never' We have recently relocated to new premises and the current small, but active membership are currently building a small layout with an aim of taking it to local exhibitions during 2016.
